My birthday is the perfect excuse to do a bunch of things I’ve always wanted to do! And if you don’t already know, I celebrate alllll month (yes I’m one of those people 🤭) so this is just part 1 of the festivities I have planned.

I heard has Italian rainbow cookie pancakes and a latte that I just had to try 👀🥞☕️.

Just steps away from the Liberty State Park light rail station, you’ll find Eggs Up 🍳. They serve breakfast/brunch and is open 7 days a week from 6am-4pm. The space is cozy and the food/drinks made our girls catch up date even better. Will definitely be back to try other menu items 😋!

NYC during the holidays hits different on the Holiday Harbor Lights Cruise 🛳️✨🎄.

Cruise past the skyline, iconic bridges, and the Statue of Liberty while staying warm inside cozy heated interiors. There’s festive music, live narration from a local guide, and a full bar + concession stand onboard.

Pro tip: grab an Irish coffee, a boozy hot chocolate, or one of their seasonal holiday cocktails ☕️🍸. And don’t forget your gloves if you decide to stand on the outdoor deck!

Bonus: there’s even a DIY hot chocolate topping bar and coloring sheets for kids!

Fall-la-la 🍂🤎🎶. My favorite season! This is how we spent our girls day in New Jersey:

📍 Picked up bagels from bc you can’t go apple picking on an empty stomach 🥯.

📍 Apple picking at 🍎. One of the most affordable farms in the state. Tickets are $30 and includes 1 pumpkin, a souvenir bag, access to the corn maze, and more.

📍Stumbled upon .nj 🪴. My office was formerly in Basking Ridge so I’m very familiar with the area, especially food spots 👀. I have to make a video one day.

Day 4: Last day on the island exploring downtown Kralendijk 🇧🇶.

Would I visit again? YESSS 1000x over! Best to visit when tourists from cruises aren’t docked. Also, our driver Roy was amazing definitely screenshot his info at the end of the video. SEE YOU SOON BONAIRE! 👋🏽
