We have a wide array of Event Services that we offer. Owner Bobby Dicken has built his business from the ground up. Founded in 2001, X-Treme Light & Sound has grown from a single employee with a couple of speakers and a case of CD's to a multi-functional Event Services business. X-Treme Light & Sound employs 5 staff members, has multiple DJ systems to accommodate up to 2 events per day , and offer

s additional services such as: Event Lighting, Stage Production, Video Services, Decor Services, and and consultation. X-Treme Light & Sound works closely with other vendors to assist you in making your day the most memorable.

As part of our 25 Year Anniversary, I’m pushing a new level of entertainment that features one of our alum DJ’s!

Grant DancinMachine Jones is a Bloomington-Normal (ISU Grad) native who has grown into a very successful entrepreneur in Minneapolis! Grant worked for XLS back in the day and from time to time, we get him to come back to his old stomping grounds!

Grant and I have created a collaboration bringing a new level of entertainment for corporate, public, and private events! Grant is not only a DJ but a full emcee/host and one of the most energetic people you’ll ever meet!

X-Treme Light & Sound along with Grant, can bring a full production of interactive games, comedy, engagement, and more!
