How can a man fight for freedom while denying it to another? 📜🕊️

During the American Revolutionary War, General William Whipple—a representative from New Hampshire and a signer of the Declaration of Independence—prepared to head into battle. Accompanying him was Prince Whipple, a man William had enslaved and brought with him to serve in the war.

According to historical accounts, as they readied for the campaign, General Whipple urged Prince to fight bravely for their country.
Prince’s response was a profound moment of truth that held a mirror up to the hypocrisy of the American Revolution. He reportedly replied:
Sir, I have no inducement to fight, but if I had my liberty, I would endeavor to defend it to the last drop of my blood."

Struck by the undeniable truth in Prince's words, William Whipple realized the deep contradiction of their situation. He recognized that it was impossible to genuinely fight for America's liberty while keeping another man in chains.

Moved by this realization, William granted Prince his freedom. While historical records show that Prince’s official, legal emancipation papers weren't formalized until 1784 (shortly after the war ended), it is widely accepted that Prince fought the remainder of the war—including the battles of Saratoga and Rhode Island—as a free man in spirit and practice.

Prince Whipple went on to become a prominent figure in the Black community of Portsmouth, New Hampshire, and was one of 20 enslaved men who petitioned the state legislature for the abolition of slavery in 1779.

History is full of complex moments, but Prince Whipple’s courage to speak truth to power is a legacy worth remembering! 🇺🇸

Ex-CIA officer charged after FBI finds 303 gold bars in his home

David Rush allegedly checked out tens of millions in gold from the CIA for “work expenses” and kept it, authorities say.

• David Rush, a former senior CIA officer with top-secret clearance, was arrested May 19 after FBI agents found 303 gold bars, cash, and 35 luxury watches at his Virginia home.

• The CIA’s internal investigation flagged the missing gold after it couldn’t locate bars Rush had checked out for claimed “work-related expenses” between November and March.

• Rush is charged with theft of public money and also accused of faking academic credentials from Clemson University and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute for nearly two decades.

Israel declares 2,000 sq km of southern Lebanon a combat zone

• Israel’s military on Wednesday declared all areas south of the Zahrani River a combat zone, covering roughly 2,000 square kilometers of southern Lebanon.

• The declaration followed more than 120 Israeli airstrikes on Tuesday that killed 31 people, according to Lebanon’s health ministry, as Netanyahu said forces were “deepening” the ground campaign.

• The WHO has documented at least 608 deaths in Lebanon since a U.S.-brokered ceasefire took effect April 16, with total fatalities exceeding 3,200 since March.

Oh look, another day of calling a “traitor” and RINO because he dared vote against the team on a few bills.
These are the same geniuses who couldn’t name three things in the omnibus they’re cheering for, but they’ll foam at the mouth on command. Adorable.

Newsflash: Massie votes with like 90%+ of the time. The “scandal” is the 10% where he actually reads the damn bill and says no to more debt, more blank-check foreign adventures, more surveillance state nonsense, and more “trust us bro” leadership.

He shows up with a national debt tracker like it’s his job or something. Crazy, right? In a swamp that prints trillions and calls it “conservative.”

If your definition of a good Congressman is “rubber stamps whatever the party/president wants,” you’re not building a republic — you’re begging for a king with better branding.

People scream about small government and fiscal responsibility until someone actually tries it, then lose your minds because a talking head told you to. Brainless tribalism got us $36 trillion in debt and forever wars. Congrats on the participation trophy.

Do the bare minimum: look up his votes. Read the bills. Ask basic questions like “Does this grow government or shrink it?” instead of outsourcing your brain to primary attack ads and pundit rage bait.

Massie’s not perfect, but he’s one of the few with a spine in a building full of jellyfish. Attacking the guy who votes on principle while carrying water for the rest is peak clown world hypocrisy.

Research before you type. Our Republic might survive if enough of you stop being useful idiots.

Trump went full deep state on Thomas Massie — calling him the ‘worst Republican in history,’ dumping millions to primary him for a AIPAC-backed nobody.

Disgraceful. Trump’s turning on the last real fighter in Congress because he won’t bend the AIPAC knee.
