I love this job for many reasons but a big reason is the connections & friendships I get to make with people.

A gal messaged me awhile ago & said hey we used to ride in the same saddle club in junior high/high school 🤯 and I’m looking to buy a house, can you help? Absolutely of course & we found the perfect house for her & her fiance. Now we are friends & I’ve been on more trail rides in the past month than I have in a year. This was a connection I didn’t even know that I needed in my life so badly. I’m so grateful real estate brought this friend into my life.

At the end of the day, it’s not just about real estate. It’s about building relationships, cheering people on through big milestones, getting them through hard ones, and being a small part of their next chapter. 💛 and them being a part of mine!

📉 Experts just updated their forecast on mortgage rates for 2025… and it could change the game.

Fannie Mae’s latest Economic and Strategic Research outlook forecasts the 30-year fixed mortgage rate will end 2025 at approximately 6.5%, with a gradual decline to 6.1% by the end of 2026.
