“As requested : the Crown Victoria GTD in a different shade and with a ducktail wing instead of the big spoiler, so here it is!

First color is one of my favorites ever, perhaps. Ford’s Shelter green is a very dark, yellow-ey green launched in the new Raptor. I think it works really well in the Crown Victoria itself, and in this GTD custom it highlights the widebody and some body cues fantastically.

Next up is the iconic Mystichrome. Used in the Terminator Mustang Cobra- a color-shift special paint that looks purple, green or even orange depending on the sun.

Lastly, a simple blue. Ford’s Velocity Blue to be exact.

This mashup was a lot of fun to make but it took me a lot more than I anticipated because it was tricky to meet in the middle of “boxy Crown Victoria” and
“sculpted GTD muscle”. After two or three revisions of the wide body kit though, I think it looks cool.

Basically every panel of the Crown Vic was modified somehow, but I really wanted to keep it instantly recognizable as a Crown Victoria.” -

What’s up Panther Family?

One of the big events happening this year (2026) is a Cleetus McFarland issue of Panther Magazine. I had the idea but wasn’t sure if I wanted to move forward with it. suggested that I should do it and that it would be a great idea. This issue will be sent to the .factoryusa once it’s published.

This post is a sneak peak of the cover and one of the pages in that issue.

Issue #34 of Panther Magazine will be arriving within the next couple of weeks.
Issue #35-39 are done with me working on the Cleetus issue, #40, currently.

Issue #41-62 are 25% done with more coming!

Question : Does anyone refer to the earlier ‘90s Town Cars as “Aeros”? - I know that’s more common with the Vic and Mercs.
