Well, we are diving in!

Starting this week, we are expanding our hours!
New hours:
Wednesday 10-6
Thursday 10-6
Friday 10-6
Saturday 9-5
Sunday 12-5

We will however be closed Easter Sunday to be with family.

Please spread the word and come hang out with us!

P.S. Fun fact…our maternal grandfather gave swimming lessons to Esther Williams. 🤍

Here with a GRAND OPENING announcement!

The Muhlenburg General Store will be opening this Saturday, October 19th from 9AM - 5PM. We carry gift items and also will be featuring some great items by some members of my church family...birdhouses by Terry McHenry, antiques and gifts from Melanie Sirak, aka Melanie's Attic, and crocheted items by Marilyn Franklin.

Special for our GRAND OPENING is live music by Caleb Diltz!
He'll be playing from 1-3PM and we'll enjoy some light refreshments.

We have a lot of exciting things coming to our new shop and we are just so excited to share them with you.

So stop by, shop, listen to some music, and stay awhile!

Exciting news coming to Muhlenburg!

Hello, friends! Rachel here!
Thank you SO much for the support already on Facebook. This project has been a couple years in the making, and I will be forever grateful to my parents for renovating their pre-Civil War building for all of you. Because of them, I am able to make a literal dream come true, and my wish is that I can create a fun gift store (and more to come 😉) for the community and beyond.

This building was one of the very first general stores in Hunlock Creek. Her bones are beautiful and we’re thrilled to be able to share her beauty with you. So get ready, because I’ll be welcoming you to come hang out with me in no time. And if you know me at all, you know I can shoot the breeze with you for at least an hour…2 if you have cats 😻…3 when my Mom joins me…so plan on making this place your next gathering spot. ☺️

We’re still working towards our grand opening which I’ll be announcing soon, so in the meantime, feel free to reach out to me and tell me what you would like to see in this shop. We’re stocked and ready to go (almost), but we want the Muhlenburg General Store to be everything Hunlock Creek (and beyond) desires.
I can’t promise miracles, but I can promise you I’ll pour my heart into this new journey.
