The people have spoken and I have listened over these past several months.

Kept hearing things like……”no one does it better”, “you will be missed”……..”please keep rocking it” and more.

GIVE THE PEOPLE WHAT THEY WANT!!!!!

Sooooo, the official word is that I am not retiring and we will continue to do shows, events and more!!!!!

Been in the entertainment business for 37 years and it would be a weird time to call it quits……..let’s keep that farewell tour going!!!!!!

Excited to be able to keep giving back to the community!!!!!

Catch me at Hopewell High School this Fall as the official announcer for Football!!!! Go Titans!!!!!!!!!!!

AAA Entertainment is proud to announce that Chris Ernest will be the announcer for the 2025 season of Football games at Hopewell High School Hopewell High School PTSA and Athletic Boosters.

Ernest is excited to bring his energy and talents to the gridiron while bringing fun to everyone at “The Well”.

Chris Ernest aka “Big Ern” has already announced several Varsity softball games for Hopewell and a Powder Puff game.

In addition to having announced those previous events for Hopewell, Ernest has announced games for the Arena Football League, emceed events for MLB, NBA, WNBA, NFL and was the on the field announcer for several of “Sir Purr Bowls” for the Carolina Panthers

Chris Ernest was also the main Emcee for the World Famous Harlem Globetrotters.

You will also see Chris Ernest around North Carolina being the DJ and Emcee for many major 5k’s, 10k’s and more.

In addition to being a professional Emcee, Chris has also performed as a professional mascot for McDonalds, Michigan State University, Detroit Tigers, Detroit Pistons, Detroit Shock, Detroit Vipers and the Detroit Fury.

Chris Ernest also has experience in the improv world having taken classes at the World Renowned “Groundlings” and has also appeared as a background actor on “The Office”, “CSI”, “Jericho”, “General Hospital”, “Bones” and many other productions.

Chris Ernest is married to his beautiful wife Jen of almost 20 years and has two amazing kids Finn and Scarlett that currently attend Hopewell. The Ernest family also has 2 dogs “Moose” and “Rebel” that don’t attend Hopewell.

Today marked my last and 15th year being a part of the Get Your Rear In Gear - Charlotte, NC race in Charlotte.

I’ve been so fortunate to be a part of this wonderful event for so many years and have met so many people and shared stories.

This pic is from my vantage point of all of the current survivors who attend this race and support.

Thankful to all of the volunteers, committee members, Doctors, Nurses and more who have helped this race thrive!!!!

Thanks especially to Paige Hauff for bringing me into this wonderful event in this first place. We appreciate you!!!!

Andrea and Ethan’s wedding was displaced due to Hurricane Helene and they contacted me 2 weeks prior to their wedding.

I’m glad that we were there for them and able to accommodate.

Chris with AAA entertainment is incredible!! Our wedding was impacted by Helene and required us to rebook our vendors within 2 weeks and Chris was incredibly accommodating and great to work with. He perfectly curated the vibes we wanted to go for with our reception. He followed our strict song requests but then also shared his professional expertise when playing music for the dancing part of the reception. On top of being an incredible DJ he was also so kind and fun to work with. He kept our reception on schedule and we had a lot of people compliment his humor on the mic.

You are not going to get a better DJ, especially at his price. We 1000% recommend you to check out Chris with AAA as we had such a great experience and would absolutely work with him again if the opportunity arose.
