The benefit of this playoff run and winning the NBA championship is more than $200M to the organization. Nice piece of change. The impact on the value of the organization (granted there are multiple things at work) has been $4.5 billion. Knowing that I find it hard to believe that Knicks management or Dolan care will care about the cap 2nd tier next year if it keeps the core memebrs of this team together including Mitch!
