Within the first week of starting advertising on this 4-Plex in West Garden Grove we collected 5 offers, conducted in person tours of the property for all the prospective buyers after they compled our cross qualification process with our preferred lending partner. After a round of counter offers and bringing the buyers to terms our seller client found acceptable this 4plex went into escrow WELL ABOVE THE ASKING PRICE and now this sale is PENDING!

This is the part of escrow where all negotiations are done, buyers inspections and appraisal are complete, buyer has reviewed and accepted all reports and seller disclosures and now we are just in the waiting period for loan documents to be released, final downpayment funds to be wired and official loan funding and closing to occur.
