🚨 We’re Hiring: Director, Walk to End Alzheimer’s! 🚨

Walk to End Alzheimer’s® is the #2 peer-to-peer fundraising event in the U.S. and one of the fastest-growing walks in the country. In 2024, it achieved the largest dollar growth of any program in the top 30 nationwide!

We’re seeking a dynamic Director to lead the Orange County Chapter’s three Walk events in Irvine, Huntington Beach, and South Orange County. In this role, you will:

💜 Lead and inspire a team of passionate volunteer leaders

💜 Build and strengthen relationships with corporate and community partners

💜 Coach volunteers and teams to set and achieve ambitious fundraising goals

💜 Drive brand awareness and community engagement

Some are disputing the numbers, but as password security breaches and hacked social media accounts becoming more pervasive, now is the time to update your security settings. Here are a few easy ways to become lees of a target.

-Avoid using birthdays, anniversaries or family names as passwords
-Have at least two trusted individuals as admins on social profiles
-Always use a mix of words, numbers and characters
-Set up two-factor authentication
-Make sure you have an accessible recovery email and phone number set up
-Use a password security app like "Keeper" or "LastPass"
