"Just wanted to give you the heads up that I ended up going with Bistango. They’ve been great so far! Don’t forget to save the date for the event which will be on Thursday, June 23rd from 8 – 10pm.

I have another question for you – would you happen to know 1 or 2 students you think are reliable that may be interested to lend a hand at the event? All I need is someone to help check people in at the door and help me set up and break down.
