This week, I’ve been really focused on awareness + intention.
To be aware of how I’m feeling + how I’m treating others and to be intentional with my actions.
I love the month of manifestations we’re doing because it makes us all set intentions + really focus on bettering ourselves day by day. It makes us admit what we want to better about ourselves + reminds us that we’re not the only ones that struggle with these things!!

What’re you doing for quarantine Halloween this year?👻
Usually, I’d be ready to go by now with my fully homemade costume, a group theme, and everything coordinated. It’s weird not taking Halloween seriously this year, but also kind of nice.
Next year, we’re coming for ya! (hopefully)🎃
