If you're in the Northeast Ohio area this Saturday make sure to swing by the Akron Comicon where I'll be joined by Eric Watkins at the Broken Icon Comics table - C18. They'll be a nice selection of talented artists and writers selling comics, prints and original art. A full schedule of fascinating panels, a costume contests and comic vendors selling anything related to pop culture. Before jumping on Horror Show last year Doug Hufford and I had produced the first five pages of Yuri Issue 3. So for next week's Ohio Comic Con we've decided to put together a rough cut preview of Yuri Issue 3 with those first five pages. These will be small ashcan size books with special Yuri sketches and will be given away FREE if you purchase any other Yuri merchandise. Of course I'll also have Horror Show books and if you ask nicely I'll show you select pages on Horror Show 2 currently in production. In the meantime, here's a panel from the Yuri issue 3 preview. I found these old Wizard World Exclusive sketch covers of Yuri Issue 1 last night while organizing my comic stuff. I have 10 left and, since they were made for Wizard World, I will not be taking them to cons. But I'll be more than happy to deface these for you with Yuri, Scarsgard, Batman, Deadpool, Dr Who, Spider-man, Spider Jerusalem or anybody you may want. $15 + shipping. Message me if interested.
