We were deeply saddened to learn of the passing of our good friend Greg O'Dell last Saturday. We'd like to extend our deepest sympathy to his wife, his family, Shake The Dead, all of his friends, and his fans.
We first met Greg when he had driven somewhere around an hour to come and audition for a casting call we held in 2021 in Huntington. That film never came to be, but we stayed in touch. We were impressed with him. The goal was to have him act in some sort of project eventually.
In mid-2023, he reached out and spitballed the possibility of us producing a music video for a band he had joined called Shake The Dead. We discussed it at length and eventually we agreed to move forward. We had a meeting with Tyler, Ian, and Greg in Hamlin to plan out what would become the video for their song "From Fury."
We never had the chance to have him act in a film, but we'll forever be grateful for the great memories, great friends, and connections we made as a result of Greg. That music video wouldn't exist without him. His music will live on and will forever exist to be appreciated and in this way he also lives on.
