It’s hard to put into words just how much Erika means to all of us. She’s more than our boss. She’s the glue that keeps this team connected, inspired, and always reaching higher. Her kindness sets the tone for everything we do, and her ability to juggle it all (with a smile!) never ceases to amaze us.

We hosted our second McHenry County Brand Builders event this week, and it was even better than the first! 🎉 We partnered with John Mink from the Illinois SBDC and McHenry County College to welcome about 40 local small business owners. Together, we shared insights on how to invest marketing dollars wisely by working with local marketing and advertising companies in McHenry County.

The feedback has been fantastic, and we’re already gearing up to start planning the next event! 🦋
