Day 28 of 28
For the last 28 days, we have gently separated who you are from the things that tried to define you.
You are more than a diagnosis.
More than your trauma.
More than your mistakes.
More than the roles you play.
More than your survival patterns.
More than your grief.
More than the version of yourself that is still healing.
And when we remove the labels, the expectations, the pain, and the pressure to prove yourself…
What remains?
You.
Not the version of you that everyone needed.
Not the version of you that learned to survive.
Not the version of you that believed worth had to be earned.
Just you.
Whole.
Human.
Worthy.
Still becoming.
You do not need a title, accomplishment, relationship, or perfectly healed life to justify your existence.
You are not valuable because of what you do.
You are valuable because you are.
Maybe that is who you have been all along.
Twenty-eight days ago, we started with a simple sentence...
You are more than...
Every day, we peeled away another label.
Another expectation.
Another survival strategy.
Until there was nothing left to prove.
Nothing left to earn.
Nothing left to hide behind.
Just one truth...
You are more.
Your story is bigger than your struggle.
You are more. 💜
