If workplace stress is contributing to a decline in your mental health, using FMLA is a valid and important step in prioritizing your well-being. This time can give you the space to rest, receive treatment, focus on recovery, and reflect on whether your current role is the right fit for you.

Taking FMLA is a way to help yourself and a powerful act of self-care. 💜🖤

Affirm with me: ✨ This week, I choose to stay consistent even when it’s hard. Because showing up for myself is an act of love, not perfection. My effort is enough. I don't have to get it perfect. I just have to keep showing up.

Consistency isn’t about being perfect...it’s about being present. Even when it’s uncomfortable. Even when it’s hard.
Especially when it’s hard. 💜🖤

I created Save It for Therapy not just as a space for others to heal but as a space where I could grow and unlearn in real time. 🛋️

✨Yes, I’m a therapist. ✨

But I’m also a woman in burnout recovery. An auntie that loves her babies. A purple-loving, passport-stamping, a good meal-obsessed creative who also sees a therapist and is learning to put herself on her own priority list.
