Fifteen years ago, you made me a mom. You changed my life in ways I could have never imagined and gave me a love I didn’t even know my heart was capable of holding. Watching you grow from my little boy into the young man you are today has been one of the greatest blessings of my life.

Taking a very short break from the pixie… not because I’m over it, but because your girl needs a fresh color and cut. 😂 Between work, football/kung fu life, and everything else, I just haven’t had the time.

And that’s exactly why every woman needs a few good wigs in her collection. Because sometimes life starts life-ing, and you deserve to still feel put together. 💜

Sometimes the best thing you can do is lock in, protect your peace, and let things be what they are. ✨

Not everything needs a reaction. Not everything deserves your energy. I’m choosing what makes my heart smile, pouring into myself, and trusting that what’s meant for me will always find me. 💜

POV: My pixie and I are officially in a committed relationship. 😂✂️

At this point, I honestly don’t know if I’ll ever grow it back out… and I’m okay with that! One of my favorite things about rocking a pixie is how easy it is to maintain. I grab my son’s Wahl Professional USA clippers 👀😜, pop on the 2 guard, and clean it up in just a few minutes. Easy, convenient, and it keeps me feeling polished without spending hours doing my hair.

This season of my life it’s a must that my beauty routine fit my lifestyle and this little routine has become a staple.💜

I went back and forth about sharing this, but transparency has always been part of my journey, so here it is.

I’ve officially started my Wegovy journey, not because I don’t love my body, but because I do.

This body carried and delivered three incredible boys, and for that, I’ll always be grateful. It has shown up for me through every season of motherhood, unspeakable stress, and life. Now it’s my turn to show up for it.

This decision wasn’t made lightly. It was made with my health in mind. My goal is to reverse some of the medical issues I’ve been facing, build better habits, and become the healthiest version of myself. I want be here to watch my boys grow into the amazing men they’re meant to be.

And yes… if I get a little snatched along the way, I’m not going to complain. 🤭

This isn’t about chasing perfection. It’s about choosing longevity. Choosing energy. Choosing confidence. Choosing me.
