Since 2021, has become a trusted fixture in Huntsville commercial painting. Established by father and son John and Mason Robinson, the family-owned business offers a range of services, from large-scale interior and exterior painting to specialty concrete coatings. We caught up with Mason Robinson to learn more about this Huntsville commercial painting company and how it's becoming a long-term partner for property owners and facility managers in the community.โ

TSG: What's on your desk right now?โ
โ
Mason: Project proposals, material samples, a notepad full of follow-ups...and usually our 13-year-old black lab, Lily, nearby keeping an eye on things. If the truck door opens, she assumes sheโ€™s coming with! โ

Some mornings start on a job site, reviewing progress on an interior or exterior commercial painting project or checking on a specialty floor coating installation. Other days are filled with meetings, walking properties with facility managers, reviewing proposals, or planning upcoming work.โ
โ
A big part of my day is working alongside my wife, Carlyn. She leads much of our business development, marketing, and client communication, and we collaborate constantly on strategy and growth. โ
โ
Building Alabama Coatings and Painting together has been one of the most rewarding parts of the journey. We each bring different strengths to the table, and itโ€™s been incredible to see how much stronger the business has become because of our partnership.โ
โ
Thereโ€™s a lot of communication, planning, and problem-solving in a typical dayโ€”but at the end of it, weโ€™re...โ
