Next week, North Alabama will get a little preview of autumn weather. Some areas may see morning lows dip into the mid-50s, with afternoon highs only reaching the 70s and low 80s.

Good afternoon, everyone,
I just want to take a moment to let you all know that I’ll be stepping away from social media for a little while. I know many of you follow me for weather updates, and I truly appreciate that, but right now I need some time for myself and with God.

Everything is okay—there’s nothing to worry about. I’m just taking this time to reflect, refocus, and let God work on me without any extra distractions. Sometimes in life, you have to pause, reevaluate, and make space for growth and healing.

I won’t be sharing personal details, but please know this isn’t goodbye—just a temporary step back. I love y’all, I’ll be back soon. Until then, take care of yourselves and each other.

**Sun and Storms:** Alabama’s weather will remain consistent today and through the first half of the upcoming week. Expect a mix of sunshine with scattered afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms.

Like in recent days, most storms are likely to occur between 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM. The chance of any given area experiencing rain is around 60-65 percent, with daytime highs in the mid to upper 80s.

An upper ridge is expected to build over the Deep South later in the week, leading to rising temperatures and fewer afternoon storms. By the weekend, afternoon temperatures could reach the low to mid-90s.
