This story warms my heart to share. ♥️ Our amazing partners at Pool Scouts of Huntsville just awarded their first annual Patrice Hawthorne Memorial Scholarship, presented in honor of their very first employee.

“We are honored to keep Patrice’s memory alive through this scholarship,” said Rontario Hicks, Owner and General Manager of Pool Scouts of Huntsville. “She brought joy, laughter, and dedication to our team every day. I’m happy to share a new resource offered by our good friends at the Solid Ground Counseling Center: 8-week group therapy sessions focusing on neurodivergence for parents and kids!

🌳 The Care Collaborative gives neurodivergent parents a welcoming space to find community and guidance
🌱 The Calm Collective offers that same opportunity for neurodivergent children while building social skills and confidence

⭐ At just $15 per session, these groups create accessible safe spaces where both kids and parents can grow and connect with professional guidance and skill-building.

Some collaborations just make every detail fall perfectly into place...especially when you’re surrounded by friends who bring that extraordinary, “can do” energy! Our Partner Pandemonium event was a collective win with so many local businesses knocking it out of the park! ⚾🎊

Easyl Engraving always brings thoughtful touches and high quality results to every project, and our custom glasses were no different! I loved getting to send our guests home with a goodie bag that lets us share a cheers even when we aren't together! 🥂

And everyone (even Rocket) loved striking a pose in front of the beautiful balloons from Designs by Essence! The color and creativity was a perfect backdrop for photo ops all night long! 💕🎈

I’m still thinking about the stunning floral designs Fleur de Leigh created for our Partner Pandemonium event! She thought of every little detail, even adding soft blue hydrangeas to tie in all four of our co-sponsor GFiber’s brand colors in each bouquet. 💙🌿

That kind of thoughtfulness is exactly why we’re always blown away by this amazing woman and veteran owned local florist!

There’s just something about stepping into their Mid City cafe...the staff are so welcoming and friendly, you can’t help but smile.

If you haven’t tried their crispy Brussels sprouts or the melt-in-your-mouth biscuits, trust me, those are must-haves!
