There is no higher compliment than a referral. Especially from some precious past clients referring you one of their family members!

We searched high and low for the right place, and I felt confident when I walked in, this would be a great fit for my buyer!

So confident, he hadn't seen it when we put a contract on it. Only me...and his sister, hoping he would also think this was "The One" 😬 Talk about a little nerve wracking...

But, thankfully it was! And we were able to negotiate the terms exactly as we wanted and moved toward a quick closing. An appraisal coming in over sales price was the cherry on top!

I am blessed to do what I do and SO thankful for the people who allow me to be part of their lives!

Working in real estate is a bit like playing Jumanji...you NEVER know what is going to happen. Always keeps you on your toes

Tonie is from Denmark, and she and her sister inherited this 2.5-ish acres with a couple of mobile homes on it from their Aunt Tove. I'll never forget the way Tonie described the property to me - as land with some Wagon Houses on it.

*Que me quickly trying to figure out what in the heck a wagon house was*

Ohhh.... mobile homes! Got it!

We had some serious clean up to do around the property before it could be marketed online. It had sat vacant for a few years, so you can imagine how it looked.
With the help of some great family friends, the junk was removed, the branches were gathered, and one very ancient fifth wheel was hauled off (after many failed Facebook marketplace ghosters).

In only 18 days, the property was under contract and on it's way to a smooth, and mostly uneventful, closing.

Needless to say, "Wagon House" has stuck as the new name for mobiles around the Markham office 😅
