We are making a few bee boxes because the bees are growing like crazy. Then I realized we may have every tool but the right one. Oh well Happy Monday.

Hay season time means a lot of prep work before we actually get out there. He is bringing in all our equipment and servicing it. Happy Fathers Day to all the hard working men.

We are getting the rain we prayed for but dang it it’s at the same time our farmers market on a farm is. Oh well come on out with your umbrella and boots and shop local.

Apparently it’s a super slow process. I thought they would have some comb in it now that’s it’s week 3 but still empty. I read they will fill them when the box is full of honey and it’s super close. We are thinking of adding some comb and see if that helps them.

They fabricated a piece of steel to get our accumulator to attach to our square baler. The part was going to cost $1600 and we were able to fabricate it in a day and save a lot of money.

He was having a hard time lifting it off the trailer without it turning so we just moved the trailer 🤣. Work smarter not harder.
