Today was BEST WINGS competition!

What a great turnout!

Thank you all for waiting patiently to try some of the best wings you’ll ever have in your life cooked by us.

We smoked 500 wings today !

This was the most we have ever done!

Tomorrow is ribs, chicken, pulled pork and the dessert competition and we will have plenty for you to try.
Tomorrow we will put ourselves to the test to complete our task for the competition and then we are cooking for you.
We are preparing a 25 gallon pot of chicken and sausage gumbo that will warn you right up if that doesn’t make your taste buds go crazy.
Lastly our newest addition to this crazy weekend of cooking is the famous Thyron Mathews pork chop lollipop.
