Are you looking for a summer job that actually makes it onto your highlight reel? Lake Erie Adventure Company is hiring, and we aren’t just looking for staff—we’re looking for the faces of our 2026 season.

The Role: Adventure & Content Specialist (Part Dock Pro, Part Digital Creator)
We need a handful of high-energy associates to help our guests find their flow on the water and help us tell the LEA story online.

What you’ll be doing:
• Launch & Lead: Assist guests with kayak and paddleboard launches (getting them safely from the dock to the water).
• Capture the Vibe: Help us create trending TikToks, Reels, and BTS content that showcases the LEA lifestyle.
• Guest Experience: Be the friendly face that helps locals and tourists have their best day of the summer.
