After standard opening proceedings, Les Banman, chairperson of Haven Park Board, brought forth the first few agenda items of the evening. By Adam Stewart Yoder will become the second-largest community in Reno County for a few hours Saturday, weather permitting, as thousands of people attend Yoder Heritage Day. Yoder Heritage Day board member Titus Yutzy said the annual celebration usually draws between 6,000 and 9,000 people to the community of fewer than 200 people. “It takes a lot of people from the community to volunteer our time to make it happen,” Yutzy said....
