Notice the twinkling “star” effect on the ceiling & walls.. the Crystal Ballroom at the Burt is known for their INCREDIBLE crystal chandeliers. We spotlighted the chandelier directly above the dance floor, and added a subtle pattern & rotation to create the soft twinkle effect all across the room,
