Not many things more exciting than seeing an almost 25" fish engulf a frog off the top. Wish she would have had the girth to match, but i'll take it. Especially in the summer.

Overall had a great morning on Decker. Anytime I can keep a frog rod in my hand for most of the day, I'm a happy man.

First trip out to Decker this year. Happy to say Decker is fishing......like Decker. Good numbers with good size and a lot healthier looking than last year. The grass is thick and the otters plentiful. All we need is a bit more water.

Finally got back out on the water for the first time in over a month. Dusted off the boat and went to Stillhouse. I’ve been told I need to post more videos, so here you go.

Things started off a little slow but picked up throughout the day. Ended up tricking one on the fairy wand that decided to peel drag like a tuna. Overall, it turned out to be a pretty good day on the water.

Decided to take advantage of the nice weather and do some fun fishing. Fished pretty clean compared to last week and put together a solid limit. No giants, but overall a pretty good average. Best 5 fish went 106” for 27 lbs. Also ran into some of the ASF crew out on the water, always great catching up!
