🇺🇸Never Forget. Always Honor🇺🇸
This past Sunday, your Hutto Firefighters, joined by Hutto Police Department, Hutto ISD, Hutto High AF JROTC, and community members, climbed in memory of those we lost on September 11, 2001. Step by step, we honored the 343 fallen firefighters, the first responders, and every life forever changed that day.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came out, climbed, and stood with us in remembrance. Your support keeps their legacy alive.

Today, we pause to honor the lives lost, the courage shown, and the sacrifices made on September 11, 2001. We remember the first responders, the innocent victims, and the families whose lives were forever changed.
We will never forget.

Huge thank you to Round Rock Fire for joining forces with us today! When departments come together, our community gets the very best. It’s not about the patch on the sleeve it’s about the mission we share.

Your Round Rock Firefighters, along with Hutto Fire Rescue, responded to a single vehicle versus passenger train accident earlier today. Unfortunately, the single occupant of the vehicle was pronounced deceased on scene. Our condolences go out to the family of the victim.

Rescue 2 and Battalion 2 provided support for Hutto Fire, while Hazmat 6 mitigated an oil leak on a drainage that leads to Brushy Creek.

Please use caution near and on train crossings that are not protected by crossing arms. Trains move quickly as they pass through town and can seemingly appear out of nowhere especially where there are trees along the rail line.

🇺🇸 Labor Day 🇺🇸
Today, we recognize the hard work, dedication, and grit of America’s workforce from those behind desks to those on the frontlines.

We’re proud to serve a community full of hardworking individuals. While many enjoy a well-earned day off, our crews remain on shift ready to respond when needed.

Wishing everyone a safe and restful Labor Day! 💪🔥
