Cape Cod Hospital and Falmouth Hospital are in urgent need of O negative and O positive blood donors, as well as A negative and B negative donors. While all blood types are needed on a regular basis, there is currently a shortage of these types in particular.

If you or someone you know has O negative, O positive, A negative or B negative blood, please consider making an appointment at one of our upcoming blood drives.

PIXY NEWS - Good news - Operation Flags for Vets will be happening this weekend - Saturday morning (11/8) - to honor our Fallen Veterans this Veterans Day. Volunteers are needed. More info below

FLAG FOR VETS IS ON!
Mission is a Go – Flags for Vets is On

After working through the night and morning together with the Monti Family, the incredible Gold Star family who started this tradition, and the dedicated staff at the Massachusetts National Cemetery, I’m proud to share that Flags for Vets is ON.

Due to the government shutdown, official staff will not be available, but just like every year, we will carry on this important tradition ourselves.

Please help spread the word and join us this Saturday at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne — the only national cemetery in New England, where our heroes rest.

Saturday, November 8, 2025

Opening Ceremony at 10:00 a.m.

Together, we’ll place flags on the graves of our heroes so they can wave proudly in honor of their service and sacrifice. Then, please plan to return the following Saturday to help us respectfully retrieve the flags.

The mission is a go.
God bless our veterans, our Gold Star Families, and the United States of America!
