We’re immediately interviewing for RN Hospice Clinical Liaison positions with an outstanding company in North Carolina. The company is a well-established and highly-rated hospice company with an outstanding presence in the area. The referring facilities include major hospitals, nursing homes, and physician offices. This really is a great opportunity to provide meaningful nursing care with a long-standing company, among great people.
- Monday-Friday days schedule.
- Compensation is salaried with no quotas.
- Comprehensive corporate benefits package (Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Flexible Spending Account, Tuition reimbursement, 401k matching, and more).
- Company car provided (personal use is perfectly fine).
- Laptop, phone, full tech package, etc. provided.
- Very well-established company.
- Working with a well-seasoned hospice admissions team.
The RN Hospice Clinical Liaison role requires a very special type of nurse. It requires someone with excellent clinical skills for patient assessment, medical record review, and evaluating hospice appropriateness, as well as someone with exceptional relationship skills for working with medical professionals and discharge teams at intake referral facilities - in other words, someone with a unique balance of sensitivity and compassion for working with patients and families at one of the most vulnerable times.
If you have worked in hospice and have experience as a clinical liaison, discharge planner, case manager, and/or educator, we would love to speak with you. It’s a great opportunity!
We’d love to have a quick chat to learn more about what you’re looking for in your next opportunity, and to provide further details about this position. Please feel free to apply directly - or message us, drop us a comment, call/text us with times it would be best to contact you, or send us a resume, and we'll reach out to you shortly.
Looking forward to working with you.
Always thanks.
