Toddlers love control! Let them pick the book, turn the pages, or even “read” to you in their own way. It keeps them engaged!

2️⃣ Get animated
Use silly voices, sound effects & big expressions. The more fun YOU have, the more they’ll love story time! 🎭🐉

3️⃣ Keep it short & flexible
Attention spans are tiny—& that’s okay! Read in short bursts, follow their cues, and don’t stress if they wander off. It all counts! 💛

1️⃣ Prepare & Preview – Talk to your twins about what’s coming next. Use simple language: “In five minutes, we’re cleaning up to go outside!” Visual or verbal countdowns help ease the shift.

2️⃣ Twin-Specific Tactics – Sometimes, one twin transitions faster than the other. Try pairing them as “helpers” or giving them separate but similar tasks to avoid resistance.

3️⃣ Consistency is Key – Routines make transitions easier. Whether it’s a goodbye ritual, a cleanup song, or a special phrase ("Let's switch it up!"), familiar patterns create security.

Twin Mom Life: The Power of One-on-One Time & Togetherness ✨👩‍👦‍👦💖

Being a momma of twin boys (2.5 years old) means life is a beautiful whirlwind—double the laughter, double the energy, and double the love! 🥰 But one thing I’ve learned along the way? Balancing one-on-one time with each child and embracing our moments together as a family is everything.

🌟 Why One-on-One Time Matters 🌟
Each of my boys is their own little person, with unique personalities, interests, and needs. Taking time to connect with them individually helps them feel seen, heard, and cherished. It builds confidence, strengthens our bond, and gives them a space to express themselves without competition for attention. 💛

💡 Age-Appropriate One-on-One Activities:
👣 Toddler Walks – Exploring the world at their pace, pointing out colors, shapes, and little wonders. 🌿🚶‍♀️
