Front Desk Receptionist – Be the Heart of Our Office!
📍 Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

We’re looking for a warm, professional, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist who’s ready to bring positive energy and top-notch service to our team. If you're someone who enjoys connecting with people and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, we want to meet you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Greet visitors and clients with a welcoming smile and helpful attitude

Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and care

Handle client payments accurately and securely

Assist office staff with a variety of administrative tasks

Distribute prizes and promotional giveaways—yes, you’ll help make people’s day! 🎁

What You Bring to the Team:

High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Reliability, a team-first mindset, and a positive attitude

Attention to detail, especially when handling payments

Basic computer proficiency (email, data entry, payment software)
