i miss the old afters 🥲

back in my day, they were called renegades 👵 i will say, the renegades-to-afters evolution has gotten pretty impressive. but id be lying if i said i didn’t miss when it was a hodgepodge of school buses, RVs, and whatever else people could throw together to make a stage 🥴

maaaaybe the sound wasn’t the best. maybe the artists weren’t the biggest names. but the vibes were unmatched ✨ room to dance, room to sprawl out, and it actually felt like after hours.. not just an extension of the festival.

does anyone have renegades mems to share? id love to hear em 🫶

spent last sunday chasing good music, dancing the night away, and making core memories with my favorite person . my cheeks hurt from smiling 🥹

10/10 day. no notes. ✨

i will never forget my first time discovering/seeing .music ! 🤩🫧🌱🌲🫶

moments like this i bottle up and reflect on frequently. i turned to the guy taking pics on stage at the very end and said “who is this???” and with biggest smile on his face he looked at me and said “Levity” 🌈

after that set I thought surely these boys would do an afters so i followed them on instagram… they had less than 3k followers and i just knew that was about to change very quickly.

keep creating, keep sharing, keep putting yourself out there and don’t give up!!!! 🤍

post-festival reintegration b2b life lately 🤭

am I the only one who cannot believe it’s been 2 weeks since lib… and somehow we’re already almost a week june 🥹🌸

no time to waste, so I did everything in my power to get back to being a functioning human again—despite the wook flu coming home with me 🤧 also brought back so many beautiful memories which was a fair trade IMO.

is always a big one, so I expected the bounce-back to be a bit of a challenge.

but it’s basically summer now, the sun is shining, and what better way to reintegrate than to immediately reintegrate back into another festival? 🤷‍♀️🌈

we embraced our fire energy, drank a lot of coconut water, took advantage of the pedi cabs, lots of camp hangs, the sun going down, and spending our final 48 hours on this magical land together
