Hello all! 😄
Haven't posted in a while, life gets pretty wild at times!
I made homemade Cream Cheese and it was the perfect consistency 😁
Forgot to take pictures of the actual cheese, so here it is all tied up. This part of the process is separating the Curds from the Whey.

Fresh Sourdough with thin sliced Chicken Breast, Cheddar Cheese, Lettuce, "Vegan" Mayo and Tomato. Dill pickles, strawberries and a glass of fresh Orange Juice 🤤

Next thing that I plan to start making fresh at home is the Cheese! 😄 Excited for this Journey!

I used to put my produce in the fridge in whatever container it came in. My food always went bad before I'd eat it all 🙃

Now, I make sure to store each food according to its individual needs. (I also TRY to always buy fresh from markets vs store)

So happy to enjoy fresh fruit more often! 😁
