📞 Support assigned customer service representatives and their accounts
📊 Process data for advertisements using exclusive software as well as third-party software
🗓️ Maintain a schedule regarding future ads and production timelines
🔍 Proofread advertisement data to ensure accuracy
📁 Ensure all job specifications are documented and achieved prior to print
💻 Maintain specified workflow in accordance with production standards and requirements

RESPONSIBILITES

📥 Manage all account/ ad data for assigned accounts
🖥️ Process data for advertisements using exclusive software as well as 3rd party software
🗓️ Maintain a schedule in regards to future ads, production and client review / approval
🔎 Proofread advertisement data
📞 Communicate accurate specifications of ad product and versioning as specified by the customer
⚙️ Follow all production processes and workflows
⏰ Adhere to account deadlines
🗂️ Skilled in multi-tasking, organization, and adaptability within teams
