This weekend is Homecoming at IUP, and is also our annual fund drive!

More info to follow, but it all kicks off with College Radio Day. We'll have student DJs running a live 24-hour marathon from 12am Friday until 12am Saturday, many of whom are going "outside the box" for their shows for this unique worldwide celebration of college radio.

As part of College Radio Day, we welcome back WIUP alum Scott Blasey of The Clarks for an interview at 5pm, ahead of their big Homecoming show this Saturday at the KCAC (https://www.kovalchickcomplex.com/events/2025/the-clarks).

On Monday, WIUP presents its first ever Labor Day Countdown! We polled listeners, friends, and fans through our social media to collect what you decided were the best college radio songs of all time!

WOW! We have not one, but TWO finalists in this year's National Student Production Awards, both in the category of Best DJ! Out of all submissions, WIUP students were evaluated as two of the four very best college DJs in the country. Congratulations to Brooke Veith and Fox Empson! The awards ceremony occurs in October as part of the annual College Broadcasters Incorporated conference in Denver.

You can catch Vintage With Veith Mondays from 11am-1pm, and For Fox's Sake runs Fridays in the same time slot, 11am-pm.
