Amazon & Google App Release — How to Access Your Account

To log into the Amazon Appstore or Google Play Store version of the CUE Broadcast app, you will need:
1. The email associated with your CUE account
2. Your 12-digit CUE Access Code - This 12-digit code serves as your password into the app (Your back office password will not work)

How to Locate Your 12-Digit Access Code
1. Go to CUEBroadcast.com and login to your account using your email and Back Office password
2. Click your Profile picture in the upper-right corner
3. Select “Profile”
4. Scroll to the bottom of the Personal Profile section to where it says:
Your Streaming Access Code/Password: *FOR THE NEW STREAMING APP, THIS IS YOUR PASSWORD

Once You Have Your Code — Login to the CUE Broadcast App
1. Download the CUE Broadcast app from the Appstore
2. Enter your email for the username
3. Enter 12 digit access code for the password
4. Delete any old versions of CUE you may still have on your device

Currently, If you are trying to view on a mobile device or tablet go to cuebroadcast.com and use the web player.
