As busy as my DJ schedule gets, staying organized is everything. I started using DJ Event Planner about two years ago and It has honestly helped me keep my sanity.

It keeps all my dates, details, and payments in one place so I’m not digging through messages or trying to remember where things are. The client portal is super clean and integrates right into my website, which makes things easier for my couples and for me.

It helps me automate emails with templates that I have built so I can stream line my process for each customer

But the biggest help has been the automatic contract feature — every event gets its own digital contract that clients can sign online. No more back-and-forth or paperwork mess.

It’s just made the whole process smoother and lets me focus more on the actual music and less on the admin side. 🎧🔥

I’ll be honest — I’ve never been big on photo booths at weddings. It always seems like people forget about them or barely use them.

But last night totally changed my mind! 📸

Grin and Booth It LLC Photo Booth Rentals had an awesome setup — photos send instantly to your phone and print on-site so guests can add them to a keepsake scrapbook. Super cool idea that had everyone laughing and making memories all night!
