Little leftover duck (shredded the meat and through the skin in the air fryer for texture). Diced/crisped bacon (3 strips left in the pack). Mushrooms, green pepper, onion, and an egg baked in the center so that beautiful runny yolk to mix so that it's there for every bite. Toasted English Muffin w/Apricot Jam to cut the richness...
