Recipe for Beef Chow Fun. I cubed 16oz’s of ribeye steak and Marinated in 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp cornstarch, 2 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp brown sugar and 1 tbsp of avocado oil. Heat the wok to medium high heat and add 1 tbsp avocado oil and evenly spread the steak. Once brown and cooked to medium rare remove from wok and add 1 tbsp of avocado oil, sliced ginger, onions, minced garlic and green onions. Next add 1 pound of fresh rice noodles. The sauce is 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp brown sugar and 2 tbsps of water. Lastly add bean sprouts and cooked steak.
