Famke Janssen (X-Men, James Bond Actress) once pictured herself as a character in my Submerge Universe sci-fi film—right in the middle of PopCon back in June. 😲

We’re talking… she starts visualizing, then turns to her agent: “What do you think?”

I don’t chase autographs—I have conversations. I’m not there to pitch my film. Conventions aren’t just playing around—they’re prime time for making genuine connections with people.

I’m not talking about shoving a pitch in someone’s face—that’s not cool. I’m talking about when someone asks what you do, you share your passion, and their eyes light up. In that moment, they see you’re serious about your craft. And you never know where that moment might lead.

Don’t get ready—be ready. And be yourself.

Had an amazing experience today working with DP/Actor/Director Stephan DeKemper! We were shooting a segment for a documentary for a filmmaker based out of L.A. Grateful for the collaboration and creativity on set!!
