Being a leader isn’t always easy.
I’ll be honest — I struggle with it sometimes. I’ve never claimed to be the best at leading a team, so I try to lead by example… and even then, I fall short.

But what keeps me grounded is knowing just how talented my team truly is. Every single one of them brings something incredible to the table — their own strengths, their own creativity, their own energy.

No matter how many times I stumble, I’m grateful for the chance to get back up, learn, and do better. They push me to be a better version of myself, and I do my best to do the same for them.

It’s humbling to truly recognize the abilities, strengths, and weaknesses of your team — and to grow together through it all. I wouldn’t be who I am today without their persistence, patience, and trust.

Grateful for this team. Grateful for the journey. ❤️

Today, we want to take a moment to recognize and thank one of our DJ’s kids as he heads off to serve our country in the U.S. Navy. 🎖️

We couldn’t be prouder of his courage, dedication, and willingness to make such a selfless sacrifice. It’s because of incredible men and women like him that we’re able to enjoy the freedoms and opportunities this country provides—something we should never take for granted.

At Higher Love Entertainment, we’ve always stood behind our active duty service members and veterans. As our way of saying thank you, we continue to offer military discounts year-round. You’ve given so much for us—allow us to give a little back. ❤️💙
