THEY ARE ALWAYS WATCHING. And when I feel like quitting or giving up, I look to the 3 little kids who call me “mom” for the motivation to keep going.
Yes I workout for me.
To feel better mentally and physically.
But I also workout for them.
To be the example of “you can do hard things”
To show them how important taking care of your body is.
