This got me thinking. Over the years I have been fortunate to several great people influence my life. Different phases of my life a few were "Game Changers". In my Real Estate career FC Tucker- Donna Kreps, Eastern Illinois Football- Coach John Smith, Sahm's Restaurant- Ed Sahm, High School Coach -Larry Sparks just to name a few. There are many others not mentioned.

It is with the deepest sorrow we inform you of the passing of IMPD Detective Anthony Farrell (wife Leslie) on June 16, 2022. Detective Farrell was killed in an off-duty accident at his cabin in Lawrence County.

Detective Farrell was appointed February 1, 1999 and was a liaison with Joint Terrorism Task Force.

Please keep the Farrell family in your thoughts and prayers.

He calls New Palestine home; a great place for taking a walk with Kali and enjoying life with his family. He says simple family outings in New Pal are the best...seeing a movie together or getting out to have ice cream at Frosty Boy!
