OPHS’s Division of Reentry supports individuals returning to the community by connecting them with stable housing, employment pathways, behavioral health services, and wraparound support. These services don’t just change individual lives—they strengthen families, reduce recidivism, and help build safer, healthier communities for all.

Reentry is public health. When people are supported during one of the most critical transitions of their lives, the entire community benefits.
