🚫The customer is NOT always right🚫 managers, and owners. We’d love to hear how you handle this when a item is prepared perfectly temperature wise, but the customer disagrees.
Do you take it off the check?
Do you offer a discount?
Or do you just explain it and break out the thermometer?
