Every City–County Councilor in Indianapolis received a one-time $1 million allocation for either a parks or street project in their district as part of the 2025 budget. Some are already underway—think new playgrounds and infrastructure—while others, like Councilor Annee (District 22/Perry Township), are still in the planning stages.
I’m sharing this to keep things transparent—especially since District 22 overlaps a lot of Perry Township District 1. Read more:
