The Marketing Automation Grift Is Boring As Hell
Every time I scroll, there’s another “AI marketing platform” with a different logo, same recycled feature set, and the same hollow pitch.
Buy our service. We’ll use ChatGPT (but don’t call it that). We’ll schedule your posts. We’ll call it “automation.”
You know what you’re actually buying? Someone’s subscription to Claude or GPT wrapped in a UI, marked up 400%, and sold back to you as innovation.
What’s different between them? Nothing. Literally nothing. You’re still paying for mediocre content on a schedule.
And here’s what kills me nobody is solving the actual problem.
No one walks in and says: “I built a system that crawls your CRM, finds every data discrepancy costing you money, and hands you a blueprint to fix it.”
No one does that because it’s hard.
Here’s The Reality
Marketing got worse, not better.
It split into two camps: people who are actually good at it (rare, respected, niche-level rare), and people using ChatGPT as a crutch because they have no skill. That’s it. No middle ground.
Everyone else is just… selling dreams.
Here’s What I Actually Do
I don’t talk first. I prove first.
I built tools that don’t exist anywhere else because they solve problems no other “AI consultant” or automation platform even looks for.
In 10 seconds, my systems do this:
• Find unfinished deals. Not a report at the end of the month. Real-time. Dead deals hiding in your CRM masking as “future opportunities.”
• Expose data corruption. Every typo, every misplaced contact, every contradiction your team buried in your database. I find it. Your sales team doesn’t even know these kills are happening.
• Read the room. Analyze emails, messages, call transcripts. Find psychological indicators of what your prospect actually needs to hear. Not generic copy. Actual leverage points specific to that deal.
• Build custom intelligence layers that sit on top of your entire businessnot just “marketing.” Operations. Sales. Data integrity. Lead flow. Systems gaps. Revenue leaks.
This is the tip. And I haven’t even mentioned the stuff that moves the needle.
The Uncomfortable Truth
Most “growth consultants” are selling you a service level package for problems they never actually diagnosed.
