the journey to parenthood has many pathways. your story may look like mine or nothing like it and that’s the beauty of God’s miraculous plans for your family (Jeremiah 29:11).
🫂 if you’re able, share your fertility journey with someone you trust. whether you’re holding your answered prayer or still waiting, you never know whose heart God may transform through your vulnerability.
⏳ in our waiting season, i only shared in trusted spaces with people i knew would war in the Spirit alongside us and on our behalf. i was mentally and physically fragile and needed the gentlest love and support.
🏥 i’m grateful for a mother who advocated for my health from the beginning. as a teenager, she took me from doctor to doctor until i was properly diagnosed with pcos. years later, despite my hesitation, she encouraged me to see a fertility specialist.
🥑 i’m also thankful for a husband who encouraged me to work with a dietitian. learning how to properly nourish and move my body transformed my relationship with food and helped me better manage my pcos/pmos. it was especially helpful during pregnancy. i used Fay Nutrition and highly recommend it.
❤️🩹 learning to manage my pcos/pmos symptoms naturally was life-changing. iron, vitamin d, and O Positiv flo ovarian support made a huge difference. please know that your health matters. when your concerns go unaddressed, keep advocating until you receive the care you deserve.
💌 this journey can be financially, emotionally, physically, and spiritually exhausting. but in every uncomfortable surrender, God sees you. 🫶🏾
