everything i thought i knew has been lovingly turned upside down and i’m so thankful because it means i’m finally choosing freedom. choosing joy. choosing obedience. choosing truth. choosing light. choosing healing. choosing to do the work instead of staying broken. choosing to receive all that my Father in Heaven has for me.

God, thank You for this life. i absolutely love it!

who is she?! 😆 idk, but she is 50 classes strong under those blue lights! 💪🏾🩵🔥

after a long hiatus, i finally returned to , and just a few classes in, i walked into the studio to the best surprise!

on a day i wasn’t feeling motivated, still unsure about rebuilding my fitness routine, this small but mighty gesture pushed me forward. it reminded me of every time i felt too tired or too weak to book another class. imagine if i had stayed in that place, letting a temporary season become permanent.

today i’m grateful i didn’t quit because the joy 🥰 that comes from perseverance hits different.

it’s wild how quitting feels easiest right before a breakthrough. 🤯

this little victory has me wondering: what would life look like if quitting wasn’t even an option? 💭

hear me out… i used to wonder, “is it weird that i’m online talking about Jesus?” but then i remember the chains God has broken over my life in just the last 2 years, and suddenly, it doesn’t feel weird at all.

in my mind, 1 + 1 = 2. but with God? 1 + 1 = whatever He says it is. He multiplies every good thing, and i’ve honestly lost count.

so it’s settled in my heart + mind. Jesus wins, every time.

let’s get real.

i counted up all my doubts, fears, anxieties, and failures, yet they couldn’t outnumber the power of the mighty God I serve!

i still can’t quite compute how simply walking in faith brought ’s first ever pre-game to life in just a matter of 3 short weeks.

when God put on my heart, He didn’t fail to send others to help me along the way. some offered advice. some prayed. some spoke life. some pulled up. some donated. some served.

and as if that wasn’t enough, God literally reached down from heaven and gave me the biggest hug when He brought + into the room just hours before their concert.

i couldn’t have imagined anything better. so yeah, imma just simmer while my God continues to cook up a recipe only He can author. 🔥

shoutout to my hubby for supporting absolutely everything i do! 😘 my forever mvp. 🫶🏾
