The “Process Prepares You” for the unforeseen opportunity.

So run the race embracing every moment - both good and bad. It is the good and bad times that become our lessons.

The process is where you gain knowledge and understanding. When you have these things - both knowledge and understanding, you can discern wisely because you see clearly how you have been conditioned by the process of living and growing.

So - lean in to your life and embrace every win, every obstacle, every set back, they all help you become what you’re meant to be.

I intercepted Tom Brady in the 2006 AFC Championship game to send the C**ts to the Super Bowl, but I’m so much more than just a football player.

I started the Fight For Life Foundation to help kids who are in situations like the one I grew up in - I never met my father, I endured my mother’s struggle with addiction, and I bounced from home to home without any real stability.

I realized in high school that I could do more with my life and now I help kids in similar situations reach their own self actualization.
